Description

Parksmart is a rating system that defines, measures, and recognizes high-performing, sustainable garages. It is intended to reduce operational costs, increase energy efficiency, and foster better lighting and ventilation. The system is designed to advance sustainable mobility through smarter parking structure design and operation.

How It Works

Projects are evaluated for their forward-thinking and sustainable practices in three categories: management, programs, and technology structure design. Through the evaluation of credits and the achievement of goals, the project will be eligible to receive points and certification of performance as a result.

Tool Outcome

Reduced operational costs, increased energy efficiency, and better lighting and ventilation.
